Who We Are
The Lucayos Property Owners Association (LPOA) is a community membership organisation which owns and maintains the common areas such as the roads and the waterfront, including our day dock.
Our community prides itself on our smooth roads and beautiful waterfront that we can all enjoy.
When you buy property in Lucayos Sub-Division, you automatically become a member of the LPOA. Each year you have annual dues to pay, which is your contribution to the maintenance of our road and common areas. You can attend and vote at the annual AGM (provided your dues are up to date).
